I was spoilt for choice....it is not often I give so many excellents.... in Vienna I gave very few indeed.

I think the Italian collie breeders have come along way ...and can compete anywhere in the world with the stock that they are showing now.... I thank everyone for bringing such lovely dogs for me to judge.

I thought the quality and the presentation was superb....there were so many good dogs to choose from

and most could change places on another day.....as usual I was looking for a dog capable of still being able to do the job of work that they were originaly bred for..and I was not disappointed on the day.

I can not remember when I have handed out so many excellents at one show.......well done to you all and thank you for a lovely entry of beautiful collies.
 

My BOB "Cristal Gold of Montenese"  

was elegant...well presented...lovely lean well balanced head..beautiful expression...strong neck and excellent  shoulder placement, all enhanced with coat of correct texture and presented to perfection..movement was flowing keeping good topline, with good reach and strong hind action. 

Best Bitch "Ciapasuepurtaca della Corona Ferrea"

was exquisite in expression, lovely body lines. Very pretty head and good neck and shoulder,well sprung ribs and lovely sweep over the loins, moving very well.
